Booking Terms &
Conditions:
1) To secure a booking 20% of the rental price must be paid immediately
as a non-refundable deposit
2) Full payment is due 10 weeks before the start of the rental period
(read note 7 below)
3) If full payment is not received by this time then the deposit and
booking are lost
4) Should you decide to cancel after full payment then the table below
will be used
5) All refunds of monies paid are totally at the discretion of the
Villa Owner
6) Amendments to bookings once processed will be charged at
£30
7) A charge of £10 will be levied for late payment reminders
8) Refundable damage deposit £50 per person to be paid with
note 2
9) £50 per additional person for over 6 persons. (3
fold away beds)
